ADULT FAITH FORMATION
Adult faith formation is the lifelong process by which a person develops a mature faith relationship with God. Learning in faith is not simply a matter “between God and me”. Rather, it includes all occasions and opportunities that help an adult grow in faith – one’s relationship with God. Liturgy, sacramental life, prayer, community and one’s involvement in service to others influence learning in faith.

-- Pope Benedict, 2009
